Résumé

The article focuses on enhancement of evidence based practice among chiropractors for improvement of health in Canadian population. Topics discussed include fragmented integration of chiropractic in health care system, impact of primary care networks on patients and utilization of Canadian health care resources against several musculoskeletal disorders including arthritis, osteoporosis and spinal pain.
